Production programme

With our automated assembly apparatuses, machines and lines for assembling individual parts of building fittings into sets, and for assembling individual components into whole assemblies or subassemblies, we ensure high productivity, accuracy and therefore appropriate quality, and increased humanization of work.

Every year we assemble over 2,300.000 sets of side/bottom building fitting systems and other products.

The assembly process takes place on:

• 4 specialised assembly automatons with a palette system,
• 11 automatons (operating on a round-table principle),
• 5 assembly lines,
• 15 special riveting machines,
• 6 eccentric and pneumatic presses (up to 30T) and
• 20 specialised semi-automatic assembly machines.

All of the automatic assembly apparatuses and machines we use for producing building fittings are the result of our own development, and all assembly tools and devices have been designed and made in co-operation with our PC Toolshop.
